Hotel Complex Uhnovych - Ternopil

The rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly and cute, great location near the train station, delicious fruit leathers at reception, lovely city center.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Ternopil that was conveniently located close to the train station. The hotel was close to the city center and had easy access to many attractions. The rooms were spacious and had basic amenities, including a bathtub and shower. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bed, it was very big and comfortable. Additionally, the room had a balcony which was a nice touch. The staff were attentive and provided a very personal service. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast that was delivered to the room. it was excellent value for money and I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the convenient and central location of the hotel. It was easy to reach from the train station and close to the town center. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast that I could request in advance and was delivered straight to my room. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent personal service.

I did find it a bit difficult to communicate with the staff at times as they didn't speak much English. the hotel seemed a bit outdated and could do with some modernization.

The location is quite convenient, close to the city center with plenty of shops and restaurants around. the rooms are spacious and have a beautiful view, especially the balconies. the staff is friendly and are always willing to help you with anything you need.

Payment options were severely limited - only cash was accepted, and no credit card terminals were available onsite. This made it very inconvenient for me considering I had to go to an ATM every time I needed to pay.

I particularly enjoyed the big comfortable bed in my room, which ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
